Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience as General Manager in hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to enhance the property, increase revenue, control costs, and maintain excellent service quality.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve department and property goals.
• Oversee budget management, profit strategies, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Maintain operational efficiencies to ensure guest satisfaction through quality products and service standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance guest experience and promote brand integrity.
