Qualifications

• Three years of management experience and leadership ability.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations, enforce policies, training, and culture.
• Recruit, onboard, and train restaurant staff; supervise cash handling.
• Manage weekly manager meetings and drive hg engine execution.
• Ensure food quality, guest experience, and P&L accountability.
