• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in live events, entertainment, or venue management.
• Significant hands-on experience leading complex operations in New York City.
• Proven success managing large teams and multiple business units.
• Strong history of full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L performance across operations and live events; drive profitability.
• Lead venue operations, catering & concessions, rentals, and event management.
• Direct staff across Guest Operations, Facilities, Production, Retail, and Box Office.
