Job summary

Crimson Education, a leading college admissions and mentorship firm, seeks reliable Execution Mentors to support high-achieving students (Grades 8–10). This flexible, contract/hourly role involves meeting daily with students to manage schedules, track assignments, and build momentum under the Senior EF Coach.

As an accountability partner, you will review progress, adjust plans, and provide practical guidance to foster independence, focus, and consistent follow-through.

Qualifications

• Must have proven success working with youth/students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to motivate and track student progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular 1:1 support to help students complete tasks and meet milestones set by Senior EF Coach.
• Act as an accountability partner—check in on progress, manage workload, and sustain motivation for students.
• Help students review schedules, manage deadlines, and follow through on academic and extracurricular commitments.
• Offer practical, encouraging guidance to students needing structure and consistent support.
• Coordinate with the Senior EF Coach to align on progress and weekly plans.
• Adapt support style to match student needs using provided tools and new approaches.
