Job summary

Bucknell University is seeking a part-time Primary Learning Specialist to support students in the Comprehensive EF Coaching Program Pilot. The role emphasizes executive functioning development, academic coordination, and proactive planning, with in-person sessions on campus August through May.

You will collaborate with faculty, OAR staff, academic advisors, and the Counseling Center to monitor progress, create work plans, track grades and participation, and report weekly findings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field.
• Four years of experience in executive functioning challenges, learning disabilities, or ADHD in an academic environment.
• Knowledge of ADA accommodations and postsecondary student support structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive functioning coaching and academic support.
• Maintain progress documentation and accountability measures.
• Coordinate with faculty, OAR, and academic advisors; track progress with students.
• Generate weekly progress reports and communicate with stakeholders.
