Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Caddo Mills, TX is seeking a Material Value Stream Manager to lead end-to-end materials flow and ensure optimal inventory, supplier performance, and production continuity.

You will align demand planning, procurement, production scheduling, and logistics to enable lean operations, cost efficiency, and high service levels, while coaching teams and driving continuous improvement across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and data analysis skills.
• Experience with demand planning and inventory optimization tools.
• Excellent communication and time/project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling processes.
• Ensure material availability to support production while minimizing excess inventory.
• Monitor and improve KPI’s and supplier performance.
• Drive supplier accountability and resolve escalations impacting production continuity.
• Lead cycle count programs and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Champion lean, six sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks in material flow and implement corrective actions.
• Act as liaison between manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
