The role oversees planning, budgeting, and coordination with Owners, OEMs and vendors to deliver safe, reliable aircraft. Responsibilities include maintaining maintenance schedules, budgeting, onboarding processes, and managing performance across multiple teams while upholding SMS and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business or Aviation as stated in the posting.
• 10+ years of experience in aviation maintenance management.
• Must maintain an A&P certificate and strong regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate with FAA, OEMs and Owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee performance and development for Directors and teams.
• Oversee maintenance planning, budgeting, warranty work, invoicing, and upgrades.
• Coordinate onboarding of client aircraft and crew with internal teams.
• Monitor maintenance status, budget and aircraft conformity for owner services.
• Ensure compliance with SMS and safety/regulatory requirements.
