Job summary

Executive Jet Management seeks a VP, Fleet Maintenance to lead the Fleet Maintenance organization for EJM managed aircraft, based in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee maintenance planning, budgeting, and upgrades while coordinating with Owners, OEMs, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant operations.

As a senior leader, you will mentor Directors and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to FAA regulations, SMS processes, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or aviation required.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in fleet maintenance or aviation management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Fleet Maintenance Directors and teams.
• Oversee maintenance planning, budgeting, warranty work, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with FAA, OEMs, Owners and vendors on maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety, compliance and SMS program adherence.
• Prepare AFE for items over $25,000.
