Qualifications

• Proven track record in growth and retention of a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage a portfolio of large, loss sensitive construction accounts.
• Evaluate risks and determine pricing, program structure, coverage, terms, and conditions.
• Drive growth and retention of assigned book.
• Develop relationships with brokers and clients.
• Collaborate with claims, risk control, actuarial, and other units to deliver client solutions.
• Mentor and train junior underwriters.
• Ensure timely responses and proper documentation.
