Ocado Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to embed within the Executive team and act as a key financial partner across CEO-office and Group Ops. You will drive monthly reporting, the annual budget cycle, and rolling outlooks, while guiding strategic decision-making and cash-flow optimization.

Reporting to the Head of Group Financial Planning, you will also mentor a Finance Business Partner and collaborate with GTS to standardize finance practices across Group Ops.

Qualificações

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in accounting or finance business partnering.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and drive financial insight.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of business strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Own budgeting, monthly management reporting, and rolling outlooks.
• Provide strategic financial support and evaluate cost initiatives.
• Monitor spend vs budget and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Mentor junior finance colleagues and champion process automation.
