Job summary

Ocado Group is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to own Retail Media analytics, GA4 insights, and Looker governance within Enablement & Martech. You will partner with international retail partners to translate metric definitions into precise data logic and build reporting marts while mentoring junior analysts.

You will drive scalable analytics deliverables, automate reporting workflows, and collaborate across Analytics Engineering, Product, and commercial teams to elevate data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and BigQuery proficiency with hands-on Looker experience.
• GA4 analytics experience for digital/ecommerce domains.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into precise metric definitions.
• Solid data modelling knowledge and collaboration on semantic layers and reporting marts.

Responsibilities

• Own Retail Media analytics and Looker Explores, ensure data quality and optimized aggregations.
• Translate business metric definitions into clear technical logic for Ecom analytics.
• Maintain metric dictionary and valid dimensions for data splits/aggregations.
• Lead governance for Looker content, naming, and data-source standardization.
