Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Finance Business Manager to partner with Finance executives, driving organizational effectiveness, communications, engagement, and execution of key priority initiatives.

You will oversee governance, planning, reporting coordination, real estate planning, and stakeholder management, with a strong emphasis on executive communications, employee engagement, events, leadership support, and organizational connectivity across the firm.

Qualifications

• Lead executive communications including town halls, leadership updates, and messaging strategies.
• Plan end-to-end town halls, offsites, leadership meetings, and employee engagement events.
• Serve as central contact for senior stakeholders, enabling cross-functional coordination.
• Develop presentations, briefing materials, talking points for senior meetings.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives focusing on culture and connectivity.
• Support organizational planning activities and annual planning cycles.
• Manage special projects and strategic initiatives with clear timelines.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Communications, and Business Management teams.
• Coordinate with Corporate Real Estate on space planning and headcount growth.
• Deliver regular reporting on seat utilization and capacity forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular reporting on seat utilization, occupancy, and space optimization.
