Job summary

You will partner with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to drive priorities, synthesize data, and deliver critical reporting and initiatives.

You will coordinate financial management across the M&A pipeline, prepare materials for reviews and external engagements, and build concise communications

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Business Management with advanced Investment Banking knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to manage teams and work collaboratively across lines of business.
• Team-oriented and proactive in moving projects forward.
• Structuring and modelling to understand business drivers.
• Ability to discuss issues with business leads and articulate a view.
• Creating concise communication materials for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic agenda and deliverables for M&A leadership and senior Finance and Business management.
• Coordinate financial management including M&A pipeline oversight, forecasts, budgets, revenue reconciliation, and expense management.
• Develop presentations to communicate the business strategy, performance, and priorities for internal and external audiences.
• Understand industry trends and competition; analyze data to identify focus areas relative to competitors.
• Monitor reporting, processes, and procedures to ensure effective controls and compliance.
• Establish strong rapport with functional partners, senior and junior bankers, and senior management.
• Manage Dealogic relationships to claim M&A league table credit and ensure reporting accuracy.
