Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Business Manager within Corporate Responsibility’s Global Government Relations team to support budget/expense management, vendor oversight, and headcount reporting in a dynamic, leadership-facing role.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive financial discipline, deliver actionable analyses, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across real estate and people programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in financial services with FP&A or business management experience.
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or related area.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and structure data to tell the story.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across management levels.
• Strong partnership mindset and ability to work in a matrixed organization.
• Flexible, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support budget planning and forecasting; deliver reporting and analysis for informed decisions.
• Oversee onboarding, renewal and management of third party vendors/suppliers.
• Support tracking and management of headcount; provide decision-ready reporting.
• Drive projects and strategic initiatives; coordinate meetings and KPI reporting; support real estate and people agenda initiatives.
