Job summary

Pi Beta Phi is seeking an Executive Fellow, Lifelong Membership, to partner with the CEO in advancing the organization's vision for lifelong membership. The role focuses on alumnae engagement and cross-enterprise collaboration, driving transformation and accountability within Headquarters departments.

The Fellow will facilitate strategy development, align initiatives with capacity, and translate data into insights to accelerate progress toward the lifelong membership vision, with hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of progressive leadership experience in membership-based, nonprofit or higher-education organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale organizational transformation and culture change.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with executive presence in board settings.
• Ability to influence without positional authority and to convene cross-functional groups.
• Willingness to obtain Kotter change methodology certification within 90 days.
• Broad knowledge of fraternity/sorority contexts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide enterprise-wide efforts to accelerate organizational transformation around lifelong membership.
• Develop long-term lifelong membership strategy with CEO and COO; provide candid counsel.
• Integrate initiative work into Headquarters operations in sequence with capacity.
• Convene cross-functional groups to align projects with the vision for lifelong membership.
• Translate membership data into actionable insights and benchmark trends.
• Support governance and executive reporting; assist Kotter methodology adoption.
