Job summary

FUSE Executive Fellowship is recruiting an Executive Fellow to advance Bernalillo County’s agricultural land-use program. The Fellow will engage government partners, schools, and community groups; research open-space models; and develop contracts for new growers on the 34-acre site.

This role emphasizes stakeholder coordination, economic development, and community education. The Fellow will work across departments to implement the master plan, ensure effective communications, and support

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Synthesizes complex information into clear, concise recommendations and action-oriented plans.
• Develops and implements strategic and operational project management plans.
• Generates innovative, data-driven solutions to complex challenges.
• Communicates effectively and fosters collaboration across constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Engage external and internal stakeholders to implement the master plan.
• Coordinate communications and updates about the site’s master plan.
• Research operational models and develop contract templates for future growers.
• Support launch of initial operations and knowledge transfer to county staff.
