Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proven track record in strategic and operational project management.
• Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders and communities.

Responsibilities

• Advance stadium development through coordination with city, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and advance complementary district investments around the stadium site.
• Coordinate across public, private, philanthropic, and community stakeholders to align planning.
• Develop materials and strategies to attract catalytic investments.
• Deliver an implementation roadmap with active workstreams and next steps.
