Job summary

FUSE is seeking an Executive Fellow to advance housing policy and affordability efforts in San Francisco. The Fellow will be embedded in city planning and work on bold, data-driven projects to close the housing gap.

Fellowship runs Oct 2026–Oct 2028, with salary of $95,000 from FUSE and optional Coro San Francisco experience offering an additional $70,000 stipend. Combined compensation can reach $165,000 before taxes if both paths are taken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and policy analyses to advance housing strategies.
• Manage projects, engage stakeholders, and coordinate with city partners.
• Develop refined project goals, priorities, and deliverables for review.
• Lead policy research and convene working groups to inform decisions.
• Oversee deliverables such as financial feasibility, plan libraries, and code changes.
