B2THEWORLD seeks an Executive Fellow to the CEO to work closely with our leadership in the greater Philadelphia area. This part-time fellowship blends strategic operations, research, fundraising, and donor engagement, with a focus on building systems and processes for impact.

The Fellow will gain exposure to executive decision-making, lead a major project, and help establish regional operations while supporting the CEO's mission to educate children affected by war.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional experience in executive support or nonprofit operations.
• Experience supporting a CEO or senior leadership with calendar management, travel, and communications.
• Strong research, writing, and analysis abilities for books or strategic reports.
• Proven donor relations and CRM experience; ability to coordinate fundraising efforts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the CEO including calendar management, email, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate travel logistics, itineraries, and related expenses for leadership.
• Support research for a forthcoming book project and manage literature databases.
• Assist with donor stewardship, CRM data maintenance, and fundraising reports.
• Plan events, fellow projects, and develop an intern/fellow program.
• Lead a major strategic project and collaborate across operations and development.
