Job summary

Leidos is seeking a senior Program Analyst to provide executive operation support for FAA AGI, assisting ASE leadership across safety, security, and reauthorization tasks. This role demands rigorous coordination, travel planning adherence, and precise documentation in a fast-paced federal environment.

You will manage meetings, prepare briefing materials, and facilitate full lifecycle logistics for internal and external engagements at FAA/DOT headquarters in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 2-6 years of relevant experience; sufficient experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Excellent written communication and editing of official documents with independent discretion.
  • Ability to communicate to various levels of management, multi-task, and coordinate meetings with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience editing and proofreading official documents.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security clearance.
  • Position requires in-person support five days a week at FAA/DOT headquarters in Washington, DC; no telework.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across FAA, DOT, and other federal agencies.
  • Support executives and program actions for FAA Administrators and staff, including logistical support and briefings.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA and ASE policies; deliver timely and accurate work within scope.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support FAA staff on special projects and routine tasks.
  • Prepare project documents and briefing materials for executive management; compile reports.
