Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in a direct people management leadership role.
Proven experience shaping customer or partner engagement through an Executive Briefing Center, Innovation Lab, or similar experiential learning program.
Strong consultative skills with experience leading executive discussions and ideation sessions.

Responsibilities

Architect World-Class Experiences and guide the strategic direction of Apple's EBC and Innovation Lab programs.
Lead the Enterprise Innovation Lab strategy and drive adoption of Apple platform technologies.
Drive Strategic Partnerships and build a pipeline of high-priority executive engagements.
Curate a cross-functional Expert Network to support lab engagements.
Monitor program impact with data-driven analysis and define success metrics across programs.
