Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience producing executive, corporate, or high-profile events.
• Experience leading multiple complex events and priorities.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives or senior leaders.
• Strong critical thinking, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors.
• Ability to travel for week-long periods approximately five to six times per year.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead CEO and executive events from concept through execution, including global keynotes and executive meetings.
• Own end-to-end event plans: timelines, budgets, venues, production, security, transportation, rehearsals, onsite.
• Manage CEO travel and multi-event coordination across locations and formats.
• Shape event formats and audience experiences with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams; drive decisions and resolve issues.
• Partner with senior executives to anticipate needs and craft memorable experiences.
