Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a senior events leader to join our 3P Events & Experiences team. You will manage a portfolio of high‑visibility events, guiding cross‑functional teams, and delivering end‑to‑end planning and on‑site execution for 3–4 major events annually.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in events/marketing/strategy, strong executive communication, and a proven ability to influence senior leadership within large organizations. Travel 4–6 times per year is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in events, marketing, or strategy with portfolio or program scope.
• Proven end-to-end leadership of major, high-visibility events across teams and vendors.
• Experience influencing senior executives in large organizations; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual and quarterly strategy and planning across NVIDIA business units.
• Lead planning and execution for 3–4 key events per year from brief to on-site delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, cross‑department initiatives, agencies, and production teams.
• Foster collaboration across Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance and Legal; build senior relationships.
• Drive special projects and pilots across the portfolio; turn ambiguity into clear outcomes.
• Own operating rhythm: staff meetings, goals, quarterly reviews, and executive reporting.
