Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security-related field.
• 12+ years in security, law enforcement, military, or multinational corp.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams.
• 5+ years building large-scale event security programs for global orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the global event security program with international travel.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a security team.
• Develop budgets and metrics for multi-year planning and procurement.
• Direct threat assessments and security playbooks for events.
• Oversee onsite security operations and threat intelligence coordination.
• Lead vendor selection and governance for guard forces, access control, medical support, and road closures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed security as a business enabler.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and government agencies.
• Produce after-action reports and represent NVIDIA in industry forums.
