Responsibilities

• Refine and deliver logistics and operations from planning to execution.
• Manage venues, convention centers, and hotels; lead transportation planning and on-site staffing.
• Direct all F&B operations and exclusive experiences for VIPs/speakers.
• Ensure seamless onsite execution, on time and on budget.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams for approvals and timelines.
