• 5+ years of proven event production experience required.
• Excellent communication, and project management skills.
• Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility, and accountability for results.
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
• Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation, and intuition.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment.
• Excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, and social media sites.
• Understanding of technical knowledge, permitting, fabrication, and AV production.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead event production projects, ensuring seamless onsite execution.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are executed in a timely manner.
• Develop and manage project budgets independently.
• Manage 1+ direct report, providing guidance and leadership.
