• Sound judgment and discretion handling sensitive executive and customer information.
• Proficiency with Slack, Outlook/calendar tools, Google Workspace, and deck creation.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and last-minute changes across concurrent streams.

Responsibilities

• Executive meeting coordination: build agendas, confirm attendees, and schedule executive meetings and site visits.
• Briefing materials: prepare and distribute customer briefing documents ahead of executive meetings.
• EABP network coordination: coordinate staffing and availability for major customer engagements.
• External partner logistics: serve as point of contact for external partner firms on meeting scheduling and logistics.
• Event & conference operations: own executive engagement logistics for major internal events including staffing nominations.
• Leadership materials: build and edit decks and briefing documents for leadership alignment.
