Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating programs, events, or executive support.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong organization and multi-stakeholder coordination across executives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive meetings, including agendas and attendee lists.
• Prepare briefing materials ahead of meetings for leadership.
• Staff and schedule the EABP network for major customer engagements and events.
• Serve as point of contact for external partner firms on scheduling.
• Own logistics for major events (e.g., Intuit Connect) and recurring executive meetings.
• Build and edit leadership decks and briefing documents.
