Job summary

Creighton University seeks accomplished professionals to join a pool of instructors delivering high-quality executive and professional development programming for corporate partners. Instructors will collaborate with faculty to design and facilitate engaging learning experiences for working professionals and executives.

Assignments may include in-person and hybrid seminars, workshops, certificates, and customized training.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
The ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences.
Experience teaching, facilitating, training, consulting, or presenting to professional, executive, or adult learner audiences.
A demonstrated record of professional achievement and leadership within their industry or discipline.
A terminal degree in business, leadership, health sciences, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences for working professionals and executive audiences.
Collaborate with Creighton faculty and program leaders to develop and deliver in-person, hybrid, and online instruction.
Engage with clients to tailor programs to organizational needs and outcomes.
Participate in live teaching demonstrations and performance evaluations as part of the selection process.
