- Experience leading teams, coaching editors, and managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Own content quality standards for Deloitte Insights materials.
- Train and manage editors; ensure accuracy and reliability of research.
- Act as storytelling strategist to ensure clear, engaging narratives.
- Lead editorial talent development and collaboration with authors.
- Improve editorial processes and evaluate AI tools for quality and efficiency.
- Coach authors on language, style, and storytelling effectiveness.
- Lead publishing programs for video and other formats.
- Stay current on trends in storytelling and multichannel publishing.
