Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC seeks an eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to support civil and criminal matters within a fast‑paced legal team. The role emphasizes FBI Discovery policies, preservation, and ESI processing, requiring expert Relativity experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience; JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation technology support including monitoring changes impacting civil and criminal litigation and FBI Discovery policies.
• Monitor industry trends to apply new technology or best practices for FBI Discovery.
• Verify proposed solutions meet needs and deliver business capability.
• Test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil litigation, FOIA, and other inquiries.
• Monitor legal hold custodians to ensure preservation of material.
• Update or create SOPs for the ETA role.
• Maintain strong technical background with electronic discovery applications and legal expertise.
