Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist in Washington, DC to join a fast-paced legal team. You will support civil and selected criminal matters using FBI tools to identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in eDiscovery, Relativity experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a government security clearance. This executive-level, full-time role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
3 years of progressively responsible experience on major lit support projects.
2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain government security clearance.
BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience; JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor laws affecting civil and criminal litigation to assess impact on FBI Discovery policies.
Track industry trends to apply new technologies and best practices to FBI Discovery.
Verify proposed solutions address underlying business needs.
Test system upgrades or patches before release.
Ensure new capabilities meet existing requirements.
Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil and selected matters.
Monitor daily separation reports to identify departing custodians and ensure proper preservation.
Update and create SOPs for the ETA role.
Provide strong technical background in electronic discovery tools and solid legal expertise.
