Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a fast-paced Legal team. You will support FBI Discovery processes, advise on ESI handling, and help maintain compliance with evolving civil and criminal litigation requirements.

Key qualifications include 5+ years in eDiscovery, Relativity experience, and U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
• 3+ years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws impacting civil and criminal litigation and FBI Discovery policies.
• Assess how new technology resolves existing requirements and enhances processes.
• Test system upgrades/patches before release.
• Ensure proposed solutions deliver new functional capabilities.
• Provide guidance on identification, preservation, collection, processing, and production of ESI for civil/criminal matters and FOIA requests.
