Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join the Legal team in a fast-paced environment. You will support eDiscovery workflows, preserve ESI, and advise on technology use across civil and criminal matters.

The role requires US citizenship, ability to obtain security clearance, and strong Relativity experience, with 5+ years in litigation support. JD preferred; BS/BA acceptable with equivalent experience. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3+ years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Experience with EDRM (File to Trial) and related workflows.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws that impact civil and criminal litigation and assess impact on FBI Discovery policies and procedures.
• Monitor industry to apply new technology or best practices to FBI Discovery.
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
• Test system upgrades or patches before release.
• Deliver new functional business capabilities addressing requirements.
• Provide advice on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil litigation and inquiries using FBI tools.
• Monitor daily separation reports to ensure proper preservation of legal hold material.
• Update or create SOPs for the ETA role.
• Provide a strong technical and legal background on electronic discovery applications.
