Job summary

Anderson University’s Office of Student Development seeks an Executive Director of University Compliance and Graduate School Conduct for a full-time, 12-month role. You will lead non-Title IX compliance, coordinate investigations, and oversee graduate student conduct with a Christ-centered approach.

You will collaborate with University Counsel and other partners to ensure consistent practices, maintain records, and develop training programs across campus.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in student affairs, legal studies, HR, or related field required.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in higher education compliance or related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to warmth, Christ-like service, and holistic student development.
  • Ability to work confidentially with students, families, faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and assess reports and coordinate investigations and grievance processes.
  • Oversee graduate student conduct and hazing prevention efforts.
  • Maintain university handbooks and compliance records.
  • Coordinate EDGAR Part 86 requirements and training programs.
  • Develop training and educational programs for students, faculty, staff and coaches.
