• Provide strategic leadership for non-Title IX compliance and graduate student conduct.
• Oversee policies and processes related to discrimination, harassment, hazing prevention, and alcohol and drug education.
• Coordinate investigations and grievance processes with University Counsel and key partners.
• Maintain compliance records, handbooks, and EDGAR Part 86 requirements.
