Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; six years’ experience in student personnel/services or a related field to manage a major program area within student affairs.
• Strongly preferred: Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, education, counseling, or related field.
• Experience administering or overseeing student conduct, academic integrity, alternative-resolution, restorative, or comparable institutional processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Student Conduct and Community Standards Programs: oversee undergraduate conduct system and ensure compliant processes.
• Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: coach and develop deans, hearing officers, and conduct-board members.
• Shape University Policy and Strategy: partner with university leaders to review and implement conduct policies.
• Drive Assessment, Education, and Campus Engagement: analyze trends, develop assessment strategies, and design educational initiatives.
• Support Students During Critical Moments: participate in crisis response and rotating 24-hour Dean-on-Call schedule.
