Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking an Executive Director, U.S. Region Operations to partner with the U.S. General Manager and USxLT. You will shape regional strategies, establish governance, and drive cross-functional execution across marketing, access, medical affairs, analytics, HR, finance and legal.

You will build scalable operating models, lead an analytics-driven planning cadence, and ensure timely, compliant decision-making while enabling rapid growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experience in biotech, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Executive Director-level capability with ability to define operating models and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong operational leadership, including governance, performance management, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the U.S. General Manager and USxLT to guide region strategies and deliverables.
• Establish and plan financial and strategic review processes (Brand & Launch Planning, Budgets, Projections) for the U.S. Region.
• Lead preparation of management presentations and ensure alignment across senior leaders.
