Revolution Medicines is seeking a Director, Market Access Strategic Planning and Initiatives to partner with the VP US Market Access and drive execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. You will lead cross-functional programs, coordinate KPIs, and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 8–10 years biopharma market access experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed org.
• Experience supporting executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic priorities.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans with milestones and owners.
• Lead annual strategic plans, organizational goals, and business reviews.
• Monitor execution and identify risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Coordinate KPIs to monitor Market Access performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional resource planning and execution.
• Support talent initiatives and organizational development.
