Revolution Medicines is seeking an SVP of Corporate Development to shape and execute the company's strategy for external growth. You will lead identification, evaluation, structuring, negotiation and execution of strategic transactions to expand the pipeline and capabilities.

The role partners with the ELT, Board, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into an actionable growth plan and capital allocation decisions.

• 15+ years in biotech/pharma with oncology focus

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to strengthen portfolio and growth
• Oversee diligence, valuation, negotiation, and execution of strategic transactions
• Provide insights on industry trends and capital allocation to inform strategy
• Build and lead Corporate Development organization and talent
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IP, BD and R&D across the enterprise
• Represent Revolution Medicines in external partnerships and board discussions
