Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Director, Global MSL Excellence to lead the development, standardization, and continuous enhancement of Medical Science Liaison capabilities across regions.

This role partners with Global Medical Strategy, Field Medical, Medical Content and Training, Medical Information, Clinical Development, Compliance, and regional Medical Affairs to ensure harmonized, high-impact field medical activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (PharmD, PhD, or MD).
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma Medical Affairs, with at least 5+ years in Field Medical or MSL Excellence leadership.
• Experience with global medical systems, digital enablement, data analytics, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of a cohesive global MSL excellence strategy aligned with medical and corporate objectives.
• Develop and maintain a global MSL competency model, certification programs, and role expectations.
• Define KPIs and dashboards measuring MSL performance, impact, and scientific engagement excellence.
