Job summary

Eskaton, a nonprofit leader in aging based in Northern California, seeks an experienced administrator with nursing management background to lead a community. The role focuses on staffing, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident care while guiding budgets and programs.

Salary ranges reflect scope, responsibilities and market considerations. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of administrative experience, three years in management, and relevante licensure (RCFE).

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of administrative experience with three years in management.
• Experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, or psychiatric nursing is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local healthcare regulations and trends.

Responsibilities

• Administer the community according to policies, program and budget.
• Recruit, employ and train qualified staff and manage performance.
• Interview residents and families; complete assessments and care plans.
• Ensure resident safety, well-being and service delivery per standards.
• Uphold compliance with Eskaton policies and HIPAA.
