Qualifications

• Two years of college required; bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Must hold a valid California RCFE license.
• Minimum three years of experience managing residential care or large community operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, billing, and financial reporting.
• Develop staff through orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
