Job summary

Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay in Roseville, CA, seeks an experienced leader to join as Executive Director, collaborating with the Executive Director to guide operations at a premier senior living community. You will oversee resident care, operations, budget, HR, compliance, and strategic planning to deliver exceptional service.

Minimum three years in multi-department leadership, RCFE license, and strong financial acumen are required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience managing residential care or large community operations.
• Knowledge of budgeting, multi-department operations, and HR practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with the Executive Director to achieve mission, strategic plan, and goals.
• Lead and develop department heads and staff with a culture of accountability and service excellence.
• Oversee operations including resident care, finances, HR, regulatory compliance, and safety.
