JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City seeks a Trade & Working Capital Sales Leader to originate and structure complex working capital solutions across Receivables Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Inventory Finance, and Sales Finance.

Lead a team, drive client acquisition, and grow a sustainable book of business within Commercial Banking. You will collaborate with Product, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Payments teams to deliver value to CFOs, Treasurers, and other senior financial decision-makers,

Qualifications

Experience in trade finance and working capital products.
Proven ability to originate, structure, and close complex transactions.
Deep knowledge of Receivables Finance, SCF, Inventory Finance, Sales Finance.
Strong client-facing skills with CFOs and senior decision-makers.
Leadership and development of sales teams across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Structured Working Capital Sales for Commercial Banking, driving origination and pipeline.
Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, prioritizing origination and client outcomes.
Originate and structure complex working capital transactions across multiple finance solutions.
Advise on structured and off-balance-sheet opportunities with cross-functional partners.
Develop and execute the Structured Working Capital strategy, including go-to-market execution.
Act as a senior touchpoint for key Commercial Banking clients, translating challenges into financing opportunities.
