Revive BHS in Virginia is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory leadership for a licensed outpatient SUD program. This role ensures compliance with Virginia DBHDS regulations, DMAS ARTS requirements, and Medicaid contracts while guiding program performance and community engagement.

Responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations, staff development, quality improvement, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in healthcare administration, public health, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience in substance use treatment.
• Demonstrated experience with Virginia DMAS ARTS services and Medicaid billing.
• Working knowledge of Virginia Medicaid MCO operations and authorization processes.
• Experience with Virginia DBHDS licensing and inspection processes.
• Strong understanding of outpatient substance use disorder service delivery models.
• Proven financial and operational management experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee regulatory compliance and inspections.
• Lead operational management of outpatient services (IOP, OP, and ARTS levels).
• Monitor performance metrics, census, productivity, and service utilization.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate management and clinical staff.
• Engage with Virginia Medicaid MCOs and referral partners.
• Represent the organization in regulatory, payer, and stakeholder meetings.
