Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board seeks a dynamic Director to lead the Addiction Recovery Treatment Services (ARTS) Division. You will provide strategic direction, oversee multiple clinical programs, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality. Strong grant writing and leadership are essential for success.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field, with extensive behavioral health experience. LCSW/LPC/LCP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Services or related field.
• Extensive experience in behavioral health and managing multiple clinical programs.
• Strong grant-writing experience and knowledge of Virginia and federal regulations.
• LCSW/LPC/LCP licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of addiction treatment and recovery services.
• Identify grant and funding opportunities and develop proposals and contracts.
• Ensure programs comply with agency, Virginia, and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
• Supervise Program Managers and staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop strategic goals, policies, and procedures to support treatment services.
• Develop and manage the division budget and monitor expenditures.
• Monitor outcomes, performance measures, and service quality.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations and providers.
• Represent H-NNCSB at events, meetings, and professional forums.
