Job summary

Brooks Automation in Massachusetts is seeking a Business Operations Executive (BOE) Director to drive the operating cadence for Atmospheric Solutions and Vacuum Automation. You will partner with BU General Managers to ensure disciplined execution, transparent performance, and accountability for commitments in the annual operating plan and multi-year strategy.

This role requires strong financial judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive business outcomes and accountability via P&L, AOP, and strategic plans.
• Ensure clarity around outcomes, responsibilities, and decision points across units.
• Forecast accuracy, demand signal quality, margin, and program milestones; address gaps.
• Translate strategy into measurable OKRs with clear owners and deadlines.
