Job summary

Brooks Automation in Chelmsford, MA seeks a highly motivated Project / Program Manager (Atmospheric Solutions) to lead the initial production and customizable designs for a semiconductor automation platform. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes for global customers.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in an engineering related discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or Software) with at least 3 years in Project/Program Management.
• Experience with phase gate development processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as SmartSheet or MS Project and resource loading/ leveling.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and cross-functional teams to on-time, on-spec delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic projects/programs ensuring on-time, on-spec delivery and cost control.
• Manage New Product Development initiatives and revenue-driving extensions and customizations.
• Mitigate risk and manage change across projects with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Guide cross-functional teams across Asia and Europe toward common objectives.
