Our organization is seeking a highly motivated Project / Program Manager (Atmospheric Solutions) to join our rapidly transforming team. We are seeking an individual who wants to expand their Project / Program Management skill set with an eye on personal career progression. As part of our Atmospheric Solutions Program Excellence team, this position is responsible for leading the initial production and customizable designs for a new semiconductor automation platform for multiple global customers. In this role you will be responsible for providing leadership to a cross-functional team to ensure the successful transition of this new technology while maintaining the highest levels of quality for our customers. This position will need to be a leader who can motivate the cross-functional team toward common objectives in a high growth, fast paced environment.
Compensation Base Salary Range: $105,593.46 USD to $142,861.74 USD Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
